Refund policy

At Rose Tint, every hamper is thoughtfully curated and handcrafted with personalised attention. Due to the nature of gifting and the perishable/consumable items included in our products, we do not offer cancellations, returns, or refunds once an order has been placed.

Order Confirmation

Once an order is successfully placed and payment is completed, it immediately enters processing and cannot be cancelled or modified.

No Refund Policy

We follow a strict no refund policy for all orders, including:

  • Change of mind after placing an order

  • Personal preference of products after delivery

  • Incorrect delivery address or lack of recipient availability

Damaged or Incorrect Products

In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, missing, or incorrectly packed, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos and videos of the hamper + packaging

Our team will assess the request and offer a replacement of the affected item(s) if applicable. Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.

Perishable Items

Some of our hampers contain food items, florals, and artisanal consumables. We recommend storing them as directed. We cannot accept responsibility for items not stored appropriately after delivery.

Delivery & Delays

We do our best to deliver on time. However, delays caused due to courier partners, weather, or factors beyond our control are not eligible for refunds.

Custom / Corporate Orders

Custom, bulk, or corporate orders are final and not eligible for cancellation, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.
