At Rose Tint, we take great care in ensuring your gifts are packaged securely and delivered on time.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless mentioned otherwise.

  • Custom / corporate / bulk orders may require additional time and timelines will be shared at the time of confirmation.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery:

  • Metro cities: 3–7 business days

  • Non-metro cities: 5–10 business days

These timelines are estimates and may vary based on courier partners, location, holidays, weather and other external circumstances.

Delivery Delays

We will always share tracking details once the order is dispatched.
Delays caused by courier partners are not eligible for cancellation or refunds, but we will do our best to coordinate and resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address / Recipient Unavailability

If the address shared is incorrect or the recipient is unavailable, re-delivery charges (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.

Corporate & Bulk Orders

Shipping timelines and modes will be customised as per the order size and requirement.
